In the midst of a spiritual and professional awakening, Dj Fresh EightyThree, a well-known local Chicago DJ in the LGBT community, was looking for a new logo and business card design, in preparation for some new opporunities coming her way. She wanted something eccentric, mature and cool which she felt fit her style of being as well as dj style. Also, she wanted to incorporate the general colors of our energy chakras – coincidentally functioned as the LGBT community pride colors. So I decided to create that aspect, with a calming and cool color scheme and create a “moon/solar eclipse” illustration with her logo, to represent the change of mankind. All in all, it fit EXACTLY what she was hoping for!
